If my wife and i share the same internet connection but don't have emails sent to both of us at the same time do we need to have the multiple email rule set up, the way i read it we don't, any ideas welcomed. Thanks.

Do you have your own specific computers? if you do and you only have your account in your pc and hers in her pc then no if you have both email accounts configured in both pc's then you need to set up some rules.

You will need to make your own folders and apply rules, or install your email client ie: Outlook a fresh to your seperate profiles when logged in, i think applying rules would be the best option.
Im sure someone else on the forum will also advise.
