I see quite a few people here have migrated to BT (from Orange) i have just done the same and i was wondering if it is normal on the first day of your activation to get random disconections?
I am getting them quite frequently and i begining to get worried as this is the reason i left Orange (and i was very sure it was thier fault).
Depends what you were on before compared to what you're on now.
LLU -> ADSL Max - could be just the 10 day training period for the line.
IPStream -> ADSL Max - again could be the training period.
ADSL Max -> ADSL Max - straight migration, there's no physical change in the connection and disconnections on ADSL Max are almost never down to Orange because all that is handled by the automated BT systems at the exchange.
There's measures coming in, or possibly already in (not certain on the details), which should improve the speed and stability for ADSL Max connections during the training period.
For now just wait out 10 days from when you first connected and see what happens.
