I've been getting more and more stressed with Orange sh*t service slower and slower constant disconections ridiculous indian call centres its depressing .Just under 6 months till i get out.Cheered myself up with a really good laugh reading the reveiws of Orange at dsl zone uk.As you,d expect they are rated last by miles. You're right they do stress you out and you really shouldn't get that kind of hassle from an ISP. Specially one that makes itself look all so amazing and professional. If you're a big internet user, there is nothing worse than slow connection and constant disconnections. Makes the internet practically useless. But being charged for something you are not getting is against the law and when you know you're being ripped off at the same time it makes you want to pull your hair out.
As they are not providing you with the service you pay for this is a breach of contract.
Ring up and get your MAC code, they must provide this within 5 working days by law.
Regardless of any remaining term on your contract they have to issue you with a MAC which you then use to move to a real ISP.
Any money they claim you still owe them is void as they have broken the contract.
