As of Monday 25th June. I am no longer an Orange Broadband customer. I managed to get out of the 8 months remaining on my contract by Emailing eric.abensur@orange-ftgroup.com and telling him of all my problems. Im now in the process of connecting to broadband via BEthere. I didnt take the migration option, partly because they gave me no other choice as im not the account holder. So with a couple of weeks of downtime ahead of me I am hoping to have a good, usable connection. Good thing about BEthere is that if they go wrong I can be out of contract after 3 months. I will still be reading this site regularly to try to help out others with problems. Paul

Hi Steve, I will post some feedback about BEthere whem in up and running. Ill show some speed test results to show forum users what speeds are "achievable" when they migrate from Orange.
