My internet started going wrong about a month ago.It became really slow and kept disconnecting .
I phoned Orange about 30 times .Each call resulted in a line test.Then when i rung back the test had been cancelled.Orange told me that my line was being worked on as i spoke.I doubt that because the fault was in the house.
After my second complaint to 'ispa' orange set me free,with no cancellation charge.
I saw on ' www.dslzoneuk.net ' That www.adsl24.co.uk where rated second to the top and only had a 1 month contract.So i joined them.
They sent a BT engineer out within a couple of days .He replaced the BT box and said that my speed will increase over 72 hours when my profile updates at the exchange.
Everytime i contacted www.adsl24.co.uk .They got back to me in less than 30 mins and it was the same person who got back to me everytime.
