I phoned wanadoo at the beginning of May to ask for my MAC code because I was still on 512K and no sign of an upgrade. Before they gave me the code they offered me Broadband MAX for £17.99 and an upgrade to 2MB which I thought was a good deal so said yes. However, over a month and a half later and more than 6 phone calls to customer services they have managed to change my package to Broadband MAX but not my speed.
I know I keep going on about the BT speedchecker and how it says 1MB, whereas F2S happily had be on 2MB. I put my mother-in-law's number in who lives further down the road / away from the exchange and she can get 2MB according to wanadoo
She is 0161 773 and we are 0161 798 - it's silly that that's all they go on
