hi guys

well when i try to run BT speedtester i get this message :

The system is currently busy. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider.

OR

Unexpected result received when querying the network to find your services connection details. Please try again shortly, but if this problem persists raise the issue with your service provider.

so whats my problem ?

ps. its never worked

tried it on more than 1 pc -wireless - wired

I think it doesn't work if your on an LLU connection if your on ADSL Max then it should and its common for errors
