I dont know about all of you, but I and several others on this board have been promised that a major network upgrade to improve speeds will be complete tomorrow (but to wait until monday to call back if its still slow... of course..)
we're getting less than half a meg broadband dispite the 7meg we were promised when we signed up, (here in basingstoke)
So we've agreed if its still this slow on monday, we're gonna CHANGE ISP, disregard the contract and assume they DONT take us to court... (if they do, i'll gladly go)
I suggest you all do the same if this is the case for you too!
Just remember that there's a lot of different factors (such as IP profile, stability cap, sync speed, etc) that effect the speed and simply more capacity at their end isn't going to fix everything.
