I work in IT for a large corporate Law firm, we are getting an increasing number of people who are unable to connect to our citrix Access Gateway via Orange broadband, effectively its just a https site and shouldn't cause any major problems all other users can connect using a multitude of ISPs.
The most annoying part is that its not affecting everyone using Orange, but enough people have the same problem for it to become a major issue for us. We have asked our users to ring Orange to get their opinion, but from what I gather the support they are offered is useless and no help to me as a technician. It also seems that the problem doesn't just affect our site but other https sites for example banking websites and such like.
I have read the articles on the MTU values and that looks like a possible way forward, but the problem I have is that the users are not the slightest bit technical and would struggle to amend these types of settings and as we don't have a Live box on site its difficult for me to talk someone through it.
Does anyone : -
A. Have any suggestions as to why some of our users are unable to connect to our remote access page?
B. Would anyone be able to provide a fool proof step by step guide on how to amend the MTU values on the Livebox? (I realise they have to match the PC and the RWIN value has to be set as well)

The MTU cannot be set on the livebox, it can only be set on the PC.
