So, sometimes I get 1 day about every 2 week where I just get disconnected non-stop every 10 minutes for about 12 hours... for the life of me I can't work it out.
So I thought I'd share the info with you guys, to see if we can work out if this is a problem with my line/router - or Orange.

Note the LOS Errors are usually in the region of 30+ when it's trying to recover from a disconnect.
It will definitely be Orange.
I left them last September and moved to Idnet after so many problems, disconnections etc.
Never had a problem as soon as I moved to Idnet.
Basically Orange just lie and fob you off with excuses like 'line faults' etc.
My advice is to leave them ASAP.
While it could be Orange I have my doubts in this case. It looks like you're on a fixed IPStream 1/2 meg connection. So any connection issues where it loses sync are between your router and the exchange, so technically Orange have no direct control over that.
One problem is that the issue is so intermittant getting it looked into when it happens is a nightmare. It may be worth making a diary of what the weather is like on those days and when it's happening what the DS attenuation and margin are showing as compared to when it's normal.
