Dude, I have been logged in at peak time for about 20 Minutes and my lag is still at 191! could it be that Orange may well have fixed the problem? I've probably jinxed it now though =O

Strange. I have been playing last two days and my latency has been fine, after Three weeks of problems. If I didnt know Orange better i would say its fixed. Who knows!
I e-mailed them and got the usual generic response, this is on-going issue and they can't give me a timescale of when this problem will be fixed.. yada yada yada.

Last 2 days its started about an hour later. I havn't been getting the 1+k ping instead its been about 500ms. So unless they've employed another hamster, I really don't think they've fixed it yet and don't think it will be on the long term basis.
Is this problem still continuing for you guys? its dire for me atm and it makes wow raiding impossible. Ive spoken to Orange and they say 2-3 days for the repair. has anyone else been told this more than likely lie? also they say its the BT exchange fault. how many different stories do they tell people?
Not sure if the problem is still continuing for me - it was fine up until Saturday afternoon, since then I have not even been able to get a connection!!
I cant even by bothered to give them a call because I either can't understand them or they talk complete rubbish anyway!!

500 - 1k ms for me from 17:30 onwards for me last night. And no improvement today, guess they havn't fixed it yet. Have you managed to get a connection yet Lulie? Would like to know what sort of ping other Orange users are getting.
I've not been able to play WoW properly since I switched over to Orange from the old Wanadoo service about 4 months ago.
As soon as it gets to 5-6pm I have a yellow/red latency bar until midnight. Can go anywhere from 500ms up too 5000ms+. Most nights I get disconnected from the server because of the lag.
I am totally fed up with this, how many people have to post here before something gets done? how do they get away with it??!?
I can't play between these times anymore, which totally ruins raiding. I'm finding myself staying up til the early hours of the morning just so I can get a decent connection while playing.
I really can't see them ever fixing this....and Orange are about to release thier television service soon so priority will no doubt be changed again.
I'm still under contract with them for 9 months! I only use the internet to play WoW really. I think i'd rather stop playing all together than put up with this for another 9 months.

Its been a month of this now. What the hell is wrong with this company? Are they for real?
Highest ping i've ever had tonight 11766 ms.
As its been 4 weeks now since this issue had been ongoing and that they have been aware of this im thinking that they either can't fix this or they don't want to. What else can it be.

No winter, im still not even able to get a connection at the moment.. No idea if/when its going to be fixed having spoken to Orange techies, I will sit tight and let you know my latency if and when possible!
