OK, I have been changing my IP address on Orange to see if this restores my outcgtoing calls, but have found that different IP addresses give different connection speeds..
WHY?
the last IP was 1.9 and the current is 3.1 how odd
I too have noticed the different ip, different speeds situation. And I can confirm that sync speed has nothing (in my case) to do with it. I can only suppose then that it is purely down to contention ratios?
