As part of the ongoing saga I have now been told by "Customer Care" that the problem is that I am using a USB Modem and this will not support the 8Meg line speed.
This is after four months of trying to get a connection including being sent a new modem and told to download a patch from Speedtouch.
To me this sounds like another excuse to drag out the problem without doing anything to solve it. Especially as I already have a belkin modem/router which won't connect either
Has anyone connected since upgrade using either a third party router or USB modem?
Just want a quick check before I go back and tell them they are talking B*** ***s as usual
