I also may well have been upgraded, but I am not sure what the hell they have done to me. I used to have a first rate, if expensive service from them that has prevailed since Freeserve days, but I came back from a holiday to find mayhem. I used to have a fast service,(no idea what the speeds were, call it very fast). I now after many calls to India, have a 1/2 mg speed, which is driving me mad. I also keep getting a message up which asks if I want to close the connection?? Why the F would I want to do that if I have broadband?
I have sent them an e-mail asking the pertinant questions and told them it is to help me decide who is going to be my supplier in the future.
I am told that they have pulled the plug on BT and are connected to their own equipment. Is this true or is there another explanation for the mess?
