So far although my broadband is up and running again i have recieved nothing for the time i was offf line. I was down from MARCH the 17 till MAY the 7.
yes i have sent a letter, e-mail and about a week ago i called customer service. The guy i spoke to was very polite and helpfull for a change. When her had a look at my record even he was suprised at the amount of letters( 8 letters) phone calls(16 phone calls) emails(6 emails) etc that i have been conduting since my broadband was first down. He said he would excellerate my case so all i can do is just wait. And pray
Small Claim Cout best route, they have to appear in person to defend their action otherwise you are granted the case.
Just think how much time effort and cost it would take for them to appear with all their paperwork to appear in a local court.
I would think they would settle/refund you as soon as they have had the court summons. Don't forget to add all your reasonable costs to the claim. Such as time in talking, emailing ect to Wanadoo/Orange, letters to them say at a cost of £5.00 a time, stress, lack of connection if you did loose any connection time etc.

I received a letter from Customer Relations today in response to my ISPA complaint. The Rotherham address listed above is the one that they're asking me to contact or I can email offer.acceptance@uk.orange.com but you need a reference number for that.

basically that is the letter that i am waiting for. Once i get that letter what ever they offer me i just email it to them quoting the reference. Still waiting now its been two weeks. 3 moths since theis problem first started. I ring them again next week.
If you email the ISPA at admin@ispa.org.uk, you shouldn't have to wait any longer than 5 working days.
mate i have been down that road about two months ago i email the ispa Three times. thats how i got my broadband back up. i dont think they deal with compensation claims. still its worth a try
