I wouldn't say I have bad connection problems as such.....just terrible speeds at peak times, that only seemed to start about 3/4 weeks ago. Before that no problems at all.

I have seen a marked difference over the past 2 - 3 weeks. The Internet keeps dropping, I have had a corrupt install of updates and the yellow shield keeps trying to install the corrupt files and giving me a message that it could not install the upgrades because they are corrupt.
I emailed Wanadoo and received a message back telling me to check my connections - uninstall my speedtouch modem and reinstall.
I replied by pointed out that this forum is full of people who are complaining about the same problem I also told them if the situation does not improve I wanted my MAC number as I fell they are failing to honour their side of our contract by charging me for a broadband package that I'm not receiving [I'm still awaiting a reply]
