Hi - I'm a broadband user with Wanadoo and I would like to change my username and password for my account. I would also like to change my email address (OE) but can't work out how to.
At the moment everything is working but I've had the username and password for year(s?) so decided to change. I'm able of setting up my email account
Can someone please help me? If you are able to help please make the instructions really simple
You can change the xxxxx part simply by changing that part in your email client's account details.
The yyyyy section cannot be changed without completely closing the account and you'll probably not want to do that as it means going without broadband for a fair time.
As for password, just ask the help pages how to change it and there's a link to the page where you can do it.
