No disrespect to the programme makers or indeed all the participants, but I can't help but feel that Orange got off lightly on this first real media 'outing' regards the ongoing issues.
Still well done to all concerned and this brilliant site.
Lets hope though it may provoke a few changes from them and their terrible service.

Whether they got off lightly depends upon what you think such programmes can achieve. They were never going to get Orange to fix the problems or to compensate their customers. Orange were too frit to even be interviewed.
What happens is that a lot of listeners faced with a choice of ISP will avoid Orange. Also, the general message that Orange are useless is likely to impact their mobile phone ventures.
