I'd be really really greatful, I'm having a nightmare time.
Basically my LLU at my exhange went down about 3 weeks ago and its not been fixed. I've contacted Orange to try and find out when its going to be fixed but they dont know 'apparently'. The whole service has been disgusting but hey they are Orange.
Basically I would appreciate any advice on how to end this hell, I've been with Orange/wannadoo/freeserve for years but I was dupped into a new contract in December.
I just want to leave and go to Virgin media because then it will be cable not through ASDL and cable is far better in my area. I just want my internet back.
I'm a Scientist and its really disrupting my work because I have to come into my University on weekends and evenings to pick up on my research ideas etc.
How can you be held to ransom for something thats not your fault, wasnt my fault the LLU broke. I dont want a cheaper faster service, just one that actually works. How can I get out of my contract as they aint budging at the moment?
I heard that after 28 days if there has been a technical fault thats not your fault, the fee is wavered?
