Just listened to Kevins segment, well done! In the short segment you had you managed to highlight the major misgivings of Oranges abysmal service and the Interviewer asked the right questions.
All-in-all a realistic account of Oranges broadband service- I do hope more users decided to up and leave, because Orange certainly does not give a damn. Somehow paying for the privilege to suffer is acceptable for Orange.

Hi guys
Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the programme was running behind schedule a little and so we didn't get as much time devoted as we were hoping - the producer of the show did apologise to me for this.
We were only asked to appear on the show the night before which is why we didn't have time to let everyone know! So apologies if you have only just caught up with this - there is a link above to the BBC Five Live website where you can listen again (it's right at the end of the segment!).
Because of time constraints, it meant that only the salient points could be mentioned. The presenter, Andy Verity, highlighted the points of slow speeds and LLU issues well, hence I decided to steer towards disconnections and trying to cancel a contract that was not being fulfilled, including trying to obtain a MAC... However, due to time restrictions, I was somewhat limited as to what I could get in before the end of the show - and it was live!
Hopefully some more attention has been drawn to the issues Orange customers are experiencing... And hopefully Orange will take a little more notice...
Another show coming up soon... We'll keep you posted as to when and who we'll be talking to - Hopefully, we'll have a head to head with Orange's Monsieur Abusner
Please do keep posting your experiences and feedback to the shows that highlight Orange Broadband customers' plight - the more feedback they receive, the more they will run with this story and so the more time they will devote to it.
If you have dropped by and you are experiencing problems with your broadband connection, please do register and have your say.

If anyone has the technical savvy, would it be ok to take this radio interview (or even the watchdog interview if anyone has it) and place it on youtube? Then we can spam it with views- I'm pretty sure we can all push it to the forefront so many more people can see it. If Orange can do it with, why can't we? It'll be like counter-advertising
Don't think the BBC would mind seeing as it would be reasonable and appropriate usage of their material.

I doubt that you'll get away with it......but it would be good wouldn't it....why not ask BBC for permission to use it ?
I understand those terms, yet I think the usage would not be fringing the spirit in which those disclaimers were written for.
Proof of point: Search on YouTube for BBC, Top Gear, other BBC programs. Some date back a year with thousands of views (and are posted by non-bbc accounts). Whats the worst they can do? (delete it methinks).
If someone has the know how please do this, I'd love to see this feature on YouTubes first page...

The difference is content versus intent....with BBC5Live or BBC Radio 4 or Watchdog you're looking at "harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person". None of the YouTube items you mention does that.
But if it can be done then dip your toe in the water !!
LOL, Well when one decides to make an article which pretty much damns a particular service "harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person" is the exact goal.
If its a threat of the BBC seeking a breach of copywrite, I'm pretty sure they would have done something about the already existing Watchdog clips on the site. If its a threat of Orange making a hoo-haa, then they would have taken action against Watchdog.
