Highlighted problem of upgrade to LLU.
Orange refused to go on air. You can listen on internet - if you have access - http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/yo...uandyours/ The item is in last 10 mins of programme, you can fast forward when listening.
They did ask for people with problems to contact them - they might be in for a surprise at the number who do. Here is a chance to get yourself heard.

Hi guys,
We urge as many of you as possible to contact the BBC Radio 4 programme You and Yours to highlight the issues with Orange broadband.
Promises made to BBC Watchdog back in March seem to have been forgotten! In fact, things appear to be getting worse... So much so, perhaps, that Orange refused to take part in the programme.
the bbc smell blood. they'll run with this on other programs , mark my words.
I doubt anything will come of it, but I've emailed Radio 4's The Now Show, currently off the air. For those who don't know, TNS is a weekly satirical topical programme (one of the funniest on the radio IMO). Anyway, they have a number of running jokes, one being less than flattering references to NTL Broadband. So if anything is slow, unhelpful, difficult to connect/communicate with it often gets likened to NTL broadband.
I emailed the programme, pointing out this website, the fact that Orange have featured on a number of consumer programmes recently and were just about bottom of the ISP league table. I suggested that switching the running gag to Orange would be funnier, more topical and more satirically cutting.
Perhaps if there are other fans of the programme on this forum, they might like to consider doing likewise. You never know, we might even get a mention in the credits.
Mind you, I can see one problem; Another running joke of the programme refers to You & Yours!
