after 20 plus calls and 2 letters 3 complaints of ofcom Orange have given me my MAC no charge after 3 months of contract so its goodbye a big thanks to this fantastic site for loads of imformation and help and all thoose in the same boat i was in keep complaining. Try with a complaint to Customer Relations Specialist
