I know this sounds geeky but, do Orange realize that if everyone on this forum bailed out on Orange...now thats over 3400 members...Just hypothetically speaking. They could have a potential loss of over 1m per year.

From some of the posts i doubt wether they care for any customers as long as they dupe new people into signing up and making it difficult to get out of the contract they aint much good at broadband seems they are at conning people.

With Orange, If you dont have any itital problems then they are fine. but if you have major issues then sometimes they can be slow in sorting it out>=.

If worldwide, they are signing on more new customers than they're losing, then no, they aren't. Global groups don't necessarily look at individual country successes 24/7/365.
yeah but, if they are providing a shoddy service wont this rub off onto their mobile customers who might just look at it and realize that they dont want to be with Orange.
