i just received my start up pack for the 2meg broadband (free with my mobile contract)
i installed everything and it seemed to work - the first website i tried to access was google - and it worked fine. when i typed other websites in - it just spent ages trying to connect and never actually did - although google was fully functioning. i cant even access the Orange home site

i hope someone has come across something similar, i tried ringing the helpline but they were as useful as an astray on a motorbike
