i'm now with Fast.
couldnt connect initially this eveing - rang them. no indian call centre muppets - i got through to folks who really knew their stuff.

guess how i got connected?

unscrew the bottom half of your telephone socket - make sure no other phones are plugged i elsewhere in the house. now plug your microfilter directly into the exposed socket - BANG.. i'm online.

just a tip that might help folks (and something you wont get from the Orange muppets...)

(for the other phones in your house, and you want to plug them back in , make sure you have a microfilter on every socket...)

I don't like to argue Oranges side and I agree they are useless but..

Trying the master socket was one of the things they've asked me to try on many occasions.. I've been plugged into it permanently for the last few weeks.. plus its mentioned on this site numerous times too.. sorry..
