Despite the protestations of the tech support desk, this problem remains unresolved as of Tuesday 15th May 2007. Are we likely to see any change on the status of this issue before the end of the month ? Will the issue actually get escalated before the heat death of the universe ? Who cares anymore ?
On a a happier note, my wifes exams are now complete, and we are therefore in a position to leave the stinking rathole that is Orange.
