Last week on two occasions Orange of India acknowledged there is a problem with sending emails via Outlook, but that if I waited 24hrs, the problem would be resolved.
Today, Orange of India are saying that they are very sorry but that Outlook is not supported and I should contact Microsoft to resolve the email problem, adding that as I had a working internet service and web mail, they do not see a problem.
The worrying aspect is that Orange seems to be admitting defeat in that they can't work out how to fix their smtp problem and are now washing their hands of it.
It's not rocket science and this is one of the reasons I'm moving away from Orange. It's most frustrating to be able to point to the problem and scream at tech support "it's there - This is how you fix it" and have them tell you that its a line fault or a Microsoft issue.
With this many calls logged about email issues can't Orange get thier heads out of the sand to see that there is an issue and its not due to several thousand people simultaneously breaking Outlook?
