Dear Members

We, OrangeProblems.co.uk, have been contacted by a large high profile media company asking for a number of our members to talk to them about their OrangeProblems... In particular, those members who are experiencing broadband disconnections...

If you would be willing to talk to the media, please could you contact us using our online form or by PM'ing me...

We will not give out any information without the explicit consent of the registered member.

We will get back to you over the weekend with further details.

NOTE: fslife and orangehome email addresses are currently experiencing problems - please use an alternative email address if your Orange email address is one of these.

We will send you further details, specifically "who" the big media company is, over the weekend (probably Sunday afternoon / evening).

It may be that Orange have wind of this already - a post by another member on our forum states:

BBC Radio 4 want to talk to you if you are experiencing problems after being upgarded to an 8Meg broadband connection...

If you would like to have your views aired on BBC Radio 4, on Wednesday 16 May 2007, (yes, that's this week), contact Louise Cocker at the following email address:

Orange have also been asked to participate in the radio programme.
