Hi, I'm having the usual problems too. Connection goes off at 4.30 ish pm and comes back on at 11 pm, is on all night then goes off at around 7.30 for a couple of hours then stays on til 4.30 again and repeat....
My @ light flashes fast and slow.
My Noise margin (dB) is 13.8
My Attenuation (dB) is 53.
When im not connected they are 6.6 and 54 respectively.
Is it possible to connect to the internet without using the livebox, will a usb modem work and will it solve the connection problems.
Any help would be appreciated.

Does the downstream rate vary at all between those times as if it's not then that's a pretty big swing on the noise margin and means there's probably a fault somewhere.
The downstream stays the same i think.downstream 2272 upstream -288.
Its working now (6.22 am)
Noise margin (dB) : 15.0
Attenuation (dB) : 53.0
Attainable download rate (kbps) : 4096
It went off yesterday afternoon at 4.30 and the noise margin was 5.9.
The problem i have is explaining it to Orange and getting them to do something. BT have checked the line but they probably check it during the day when its not busy and my broadband is working.
