Downloading files at 3kb/s
Taking 3 hours for a 25 mb game patch

Talk service is not usable as not only are the call center people foreign, but the quality of the call is PATHETIC.

Ping is in the 2000's.

Can't play any game online as the delay and ping response is disgusting.

Noise margin (dB) : 30.1
Attenuation (dB) : 22.0
Attainable download rate (kbps) : 6944

Downstream Upstream
Rate (kbps) 608 288

And they have the cheek to tell me that our line wiull be re-graded in 21 days, its now been 14 weeks.

Am I the only one with such a terribly disgusting service and been lied to?

Well yes.

7000kbps during the early morning then 300kbps all day Sad

now this ISNT what i expect for nealy £30 a month.

I too am getting OK speeds during early hours (2am-8am) and then dial-up speeds at all other times.

Not for long though...

Yep.. my line is stuck on 130k most of the time although its made a brief foray into the 200's today I think it'll be back down again.. £20 a month well spent..
