Just a suggestion:

WHY DON'T WE ALL GET A PETITION UP DEMANDING Orange FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THEIR EMAILS OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK OTHERWISE WE WILL ALL BOYCOTT THEM?

Money ?, what money ? Surely we are only with Orange because it is free !
Probably worth reminding people that if you get Orange Broadband free because you have a mobile contract costing £30 a month or more, you can ring for free from your mobile and select Customer services or Technical support .... don't know what happens if you keep ringing them until they do something though.

Why not write/email a newspaper/BBC -more effective. You and Yours for maximum effect.
