All i want is to cancell my account, im still in conttact but they cant fix the problems. You pay us, we wont supply the service is the moto.
Eventualy I spoke to a so called customer service team member tonight (9.45pm) when i explained the problem for the 69th time and I was asked the same questions, I then asked are your reading froma script, the reply was no are you reading from a script, I asked for the call to be recorded and for the conversation to be input onto the so-called camplaints system when I checked at the end of a 45 minute conversation, guess what no note was added.
PLEASE EVERYONE DITCH Orange AS AN ISP, THEY ARE CRA>>>>>>>>>>>

i have had exactly the same situation happen to me
i spent 45 mins speaking to a member of the Customer Care-less department as i'd phoned specifically to make a complaint
i expalind the problem for 45 mins told they'd log it and wold deal with the issue....
i called the next day and demanded to have my complaint notes read out to me....they said and i quote "customer called to complain about the service in general." - so from a 45 minute phone call the retard on the other end of the phone had only logged 1 sentence!!! even that sentence didnt summarise my whole reason for complaining.
