Anyone interested in arranging / participating in a peacefull protest outside their Rotherham ""Customer Care Center"", just thought over 3000 people outside their center may make them listen to us:) But then again, guess we would then be arrested for breach of the peace, obstruction..
""Funny old world"" Shafted which ever way you look at it................
Dont think they'd arrest 3000 people, they'd just try disperse everyone, that said, you wont see me there i have better things to do than waste my time on Orange related matters lol
Admirable as it sounds, a protest such as this would be akin to protesting about the increasing price of a bus fair- its outrageous, but not grave enough to get people out of their seats to protest on a sunny afternoon.
The best way to go about it is just spread the word. Tell your friends, family, colleagues that Orange is just not worth it- alot of broadband users join an ISP based on recommendations. Recommend people that they stay away from Orange.
Instead of blinding them about "LLU's" or "Ports", just tell them Orange was voted the worst ISP by Watchdog- that says it all. Or point them here.
It is very clear at this stage that the numerous problems with Orange will continue until THEY see fit- and not because users are whining/protesting e.g. If they truly wanted to address the slow speed issue they should put everyone on ADSLMAX until the LLU network is fit for purpose.
The justified 'Bad press' Orange is getting will continue- a protest is unlikely to make a dent, the stones already rolling, the s*** has already smeared.
Just Spread the word, and use your sunny afternoon for a spot of sunbathing
