Anyone have an email address for Orange to forward complaints? There is an online thing via their website, but I want their email so I can attach my complaint as a word doc.

is what i reply to and they reply back, but i doubt they'll look at an attachment, and also you might have to have a ticket code thing in the subject

Well when they reply the subject is liek "KLTH4854398" or something like that, must be the ticket id they give to the issue when you use the online form thing

It doesn't matter if you use the form or just send the email direct. However they won't be able to access the document and will just reply saying to include the text within the message.
