After 3 days of indian banter on the 0870 number they said the line was faulty. I rang billing to try to cancel Orange and go with somebody else. AND this was word for word. If you cancel your Direct Debit we will come to your house and get your good to the value of £199 you owe us and we will BLOCK YOUR TELEPHONE LINE. How's that for customer service. All this will be sent to Ofcom and any other Orange user I can find. This company does not deserve the 5 years I have been with them and paid without fault. Shame on them.

So now they are threatening customers simply because you want to leave and get a decent service report them to ofcom and the ISPA its your money your entitled to spend it where you like what a pile of c**p they are.
the agent you spoke too must lack intellegence lol.
perhaps you should put that in the comments section on the ratings page on DSLZone among the other Orange horror stories.
