i got this email this evening
"Hello
Thanks for asking us to change your BB Max - £27.99 broadband service to the BB Unlimited - £19.99 with Talk package.
We're on the case and, all going well, we should have everything complete in less than 10 working days time.
Don't worry, as soon as it's done we'll send you an email to let you know. Once all the changes are complete, any agreed fees will be added to your broadband account automatically and your contract will be renewed for 12 months."
errr..
1. i didnt ASK for the change. orange rang me up and said if i wanted to switch from BB max to BB unlimited. i told them that as a Wanadoo Unlimited customer i was ALREADY on an "unlimited" account.
2. "any agreed fees"? any ideas what they are?
looks like i got 10 days before the new 12 month contract.
anybody got suggestions on who to switch over to ? i live in basingstoke.

I would ring Orange ASAP looks like its a way of getting you into a new contract what a cheek.
try looking in the various ISP forums on Thinkbroadband and DSL ZoneUK , but i would ring them and get a stop on it if you dont want another contract with these muppets.
