I think I may complain to whoever may be the right people to complain to about the customer service.
The call centre isn't in england. The people barely know english and all they can do to help is read from files I can get from the internet
After calling Three times (costing around £20 altogether) they tell us that there is a fault with our phone line and will automatically be fixed within 24 hours - something they could have told us from the beginning.
I was thinking the same thing but I dont remember signing or agreeing to anything :S. Can you?
Orange and almost every other ISP do not require a signature. As an online transaction you automatically agree to accept the T & C's when taking the service.
If you complain about having to call the so much, they should offer to refund the costs. They have with us, just need to wait for the next phone bill to come through so we can send it them.

Same here, just got the phone bill and calls to Orange C/S over £100+vat so far since being migrated to LLU and having no connection on the 22/04/07.
I wonder if they will actually refund my money, especially as they have now closed my account, shame they didn't place my cease order at the same time though.
