Has anyone had any recent problems - maybe after upgrading from 2MB to 8MB - of Orange NOT taking further monthly subscriptions? I pay by Credit Card - my details haven't altered and I have (thankfully!) plenty of credit. Orange did not take a payment from me on 21st March and when I rang them to find out if there was a problem with my Card I was told that they would take two payments out on 21st April but would charge me an additional £5 late fee!! The cheek of it!! It's not my fault they did not attempt to take March's payment! They also stated that if 21st April payments are not collected they will cut my Broadband off!! A bit dramatic for a problem caused by their own Finance staff not doing their job correctly. I have now switched to Direct Debit on Orange's further advise and await to see what happens!
