Elhana - I know, your almost certainly right, I am used to awful customer service as a former ntl customer, frankly Orange people don't know how good they got it! I have a stable enough connection for now so that's fine.
The problem Orange has is it thinks it has people locked in a contract and can to what it likes, I can guarantee that if my speed hadn't improved £50 and the county court would have seen the contract void and MAC codes issued (ok 1 code). Unfortunately big business these days think they are "above the law" if only more people would drop £50 and prove them wrong! (and you get the money back when you win). Perhaps I'll offer a demo when Orange LLU comes to sunny Cardiff (yeah, I know, we only got running water a few years back)
