I ordered Orange broadband a month ago but still unable to connect and acess the broadband.
History - I moved into the present house last month. The landlord had Orange broadband and it worked fine. When we took the house on rent and asked BT for our line to be activated we were given the Same BT number as the landlord had. Now that we ordered Orange broadband it refuses to connect. I have tried to connect with livebox as well as speedtouch modem..it gives Invalid ADSL authentication(Livebox) or Invalid username/password on this domain..Even though the speed touch lights are both solid green...The technical support keeps asking me to enter different usernames and test but it doesnt work. They wasted a week saying that they have ordered a Line test..line test indicated a possible fault but no definitive result..now they have engineers working on priority basis..But nothing has happened as of yet..what do you reckon I should do,.....Should I just cancel Orange and move to another provider?
