I know that for those of you unlucky enough to have been offline for long periods this can and does cause frustration and sometimes inconvienence, but lets put this into perspective . its only a broadband connection, not really that important in the grand scheme of things.
What i feel is a total waste of anybodys time is the people who seem to get somekind of satisfaction from complaining. If your not happy about the service leave ,and before you say "its easier said than done" it isnt you just stop paying and you go. If you have a vaild reason for wanting to leave there will be no consequences to this action.
For those of you on some kind of crusade, ill just say wake up lifes too short get over it and move on.
