Enta - www.enta.net
Enta are wholesale and business broadband providers, they don't do residential broadband services directly as they resell their product to other ISPs.

Today we contacted all internet service providers on our UK ISPs list asking them whether they accept LLU MACs from Orange...
The replies are coming in thick and fast!
If you are thinking of migrating it is important, if you want a seamless transition of service, to ascertain whether you are on an Orange LLU network or not... Orange should be able to tell you this, and will generally be yes if you are on the Up to 8 Meg package.
LLU MAC keys are different from other MAC keys and not all ISPs accept the LLU MAC keys.
However, just because an ISP does not accept an LLU MAC key does not mean that you cannot migrate to that provider. It just means that it will take a while longer for the migration to happen and you may be without a broadband service for a period of time... You should check with the potential broadband provider for their lead times for switching you over in this case.

Frequently asked questions
What's a MAC code?
It's a code that lets you switch from one broadband provider to another without losing connection.
How do I switch from another broadband provider?
If you're out of contract with your provider you can ask for a MAC code. If you're still in contract you might be able to pay to end your contract and get your MAC code. Just enter the code when you join online and your broadband connection will be switched up to 10 working days later with no loss of service. If your provider won't give you a MAC code you may need to cancel the service before joining us.
Why won't my MAC code work?
Check you've entered it correctly. If you have a code starting "LLU", we're sorry, we can't use these. You'll need to contact your current Internet provider to cancel before joining us.
When will my existing broadband service switch to Orange?
It could take up to 10 working days to transfer your service. Your broadband will be switched with no loss of service.
How will I actually change my connection set-up?
You'll receive an installation CD with your modem which will automatically set up your broadband connection. If you want to keep using your existing modem, you'll need to change your username in your modem and computer. Your Orange Broadband username will look like this firstname@lastname.orangehome.co.uk. If you're not sure how to change it, please refer to the manufacturer's set-up guide.
BT would NOT accept my MAC code from Orange - I was an LLU customer
BT kept telling me the code was incorrect- Orange kept telling me it was correct - what a nightmare situation
Can anyone confirm that Sky do accept MAC's from Orange at present.
When Sky first brought their BB service out about 12mths ago I obtained my MAC with no probs from Orange but Sky could not accept it. I was told to concel my Orange BB then get BT to clear the line - about 5 weeks - before applying back to Sky.
