What steps can I take as I am fed up with Orange tech offering no help what so ever. I was on 1meg before I had a livebox as an upgrade from Orange as i was supposed to be upgraded over 12 months ago. My speed now is 130 killobits per second and is not much better than dial up. Getting any satisfaction from our lovely call centre in India is just a frustration. Have been waiting for a BT engineer to contact me for over 2 weeks now after numerous line tests which Orange seem to know nothing about. Orange also say I am in a 6 month contract now they have sent me the livebox having previously been on a speedtouch with no problems. Is watchdog our only hope? Please any advice would be most helpfull
