For the past few days I have been having intermittent problems with email in Outlook getting the message "socket error 10060, error reference 0x800CCC0E" so I am unable to connect. Usually this is resolved after a few times of trying. I haven't changed any settings and as this is intermittent I guess this is a problem with Orange and not my settings. Anyone else had this problem or got any ideas as to how to solve it?

its now april 10 still the problem continues,however today Orange admitted the problem and promised to fix it by thursday,

As you can see from my post I too have been having the same problems.
After contacting Orange, they could only reply with suggestions from their "help" pages which I told them did not work.
After pestering them everyday and threatening to report them to OFCOM, they HAVE admitted that there IS a problem with their server which has been going on for a few weeks and they are doing tests to try to resolve the issue.
