As you can see from my previous post Im pretty pi**ed off with Orange.
So as an update on the sorry saga this is quite amazing.
Ive now got my notes back from them which quite clearly state that I accepted the offer of half my money back the day after I posted on this forum.If you read my post you will notice that this would be somewhat unlikely!!
So just in case anyone is in any doubt.
I ABSOLUTLEY HAVE NEVER AGREED TO ANY REFUND OF HALF OF MY MONEY.
Orange customer care now tell me that as far as they are concerned the case is closed.
The entry on my notes dated the 27th February is an absolute fabrication.No such conversation with anyone at Orange ever took place.I never agreed to any sort of refund whatsoever.
So they have taken half my money,lied by saying I have agreed.And now consider the case closed.
I WILL NOW BE DEMANDING THE TRANSCRIPTS OF THE CONVERSATION THAT THEY ALLEGE TOOK PLACE.
However as it NEVER took place they may find that somewhat difficult.
I shouldnt be surprised I guess.My dealings with Orange have on their part been one very big long lie from start to finish.
Still on the bright side 3 more conversions from Orange from my guys this week......so thats something to smile about
