During the day when I'm disconnected only once or twice an hour I get this... in the evening I get closer 2db for the Downstream Margin and as a result can suffer upto an hour of constant disconnecting. By the way, this is supposed to be an 8mb connection.
Anyone got any clue on how to pass this info to someone at Wanadoo/Orange who knows their ass from their elbow? I've tried the 'technical support line' until I'm blue in the face and needing to smash something in rage!
