So they are not going to give me back my cash,so Im going to have to wavegoodbye to 14.99 times 2 years.
So,if I cant have my cash back what am I going to do.....take them to court?....why should they give me any more trouble than they already have.No Ive decided to do a deal with a competitor.so my workforce of 52 employees,are now on commission to convert every single Orange customer that they encounter during the house visits that they make ( Currently 12 visits a day x 52 ) to the competitor.Ive made it company policy to ask who the current broadband provider is,and if they can get them away from Orange.....well i pay them commission.
Yep its costing me even allowing for the deal,but I really do not care.........50 conversions so far and still the rest of the year to go.If I dont see my cash back,they are gonna be paying 100 fold.The cost is minimal,but every single conversion brings a big smile to my face.The only time that Orange has ever managed that,so in that respect the "14.99 x 52 investment" ( Well I always look on the bright side) is well worth the joy it brings me!
And take it from me.........unhappy Orange customers are easy to find

Oh yeh..........and before anyone points out this is the action of a bitter and twisted mind.........I know that but Im just a product of my previous Broadband supplier.
if i could afford it id take out a TV advert on primetime Television advising people to steer clear of their "service" with their attitude they dont deserve ANY business.
Isnt it about time you employed some descent staff Orange?
Staff who actually KNOW what they are doing?
Staff who are courteous?
Staff who are considerate?
Staff who are helpful?
Staff who are not brain dead?
Staff who speak our native language?
Staff who are pleasant?
Staff who can SOLVE problems?
Staff who will not force you to cancel your account then screw you for money?
NO I THOUGHT NOT ..... oh well, back to the drawing board .... you are, as customers unfortunately all stuck with NO SERVICE and NO SOLUTIONS ! but remember to pay these idiots for that !!! oh and dont forget the extorsionate telephone call costs at YOUR OWN EXPENSE because Orange cannot be bothered to make promised call-backs.
Come to think of it even if they call you back they STILL havent a clue how to solve any problems, so what is the point really? You may as well give up now, pay them the money and eat bread and drink water for the next 12 months while they try to fathom out how they screwed up the system countrywide and take your money for something that DOES NOT work.
