i'm fed up with Orange and their inability to connect me to the internet after having supposedly upgraded my line.I've spent hours on the phone to india and have reached end of my tether............could someone please spell out the steps i should take to move to waitrose who have a much higher satisfaction rating
You have to give them 30 days notice to cancel your account and then it's another further 10 days for them to remove the marker on your line and once that's cleared you're free to join anyone you like!!
Alternatively you can request a MAC Code and attempt to migrate to waitrose instead, meaning less down time but make sure they accept LLU MAC codes first.
