if you ever use an Orange e-mail address its always best to use the webmail and not outlook as there are problems with Orange e-mail address's and outlook
For instance if you request a MAC-Code through Orange it is very unlikely you will receive this in outlook
as a lot of you will notice you will not receive incoming mail from another Orange email addrress

Just found something out - if you are using a non-orange ISP when sending/receiving Orange/wanadoo/fsnet emails through Outlook or Outlook express, you need to use the SMTP settings for the ISP you are using.
For example, I had to change the outgoing server to smtp.bluyonder.co.uk and then had no problems!
Sorry if this is old news, but helped me out no end!!!
