Right I've now had enough. I've been through all the suggestions on here, inclusing emailing the directors. I've had that email forwarded to a member of the customer care team who was almost always unavilable when I tried to call her. My speed was 'capped' at 1mb to try and stop my connection dropping all the time, but it's still extremely unstable.
I've now reached the point were I just want rid of Orange. The thing that annoys me though is that by agreeing for them to 'upgrade' my connection in the first place I've agreed to another 12 month contract. Is there any chance of being able to get out of this contract before the 12 months are up? Don't think I can face 10 or so more months of this and i'm certainly not giving them any money to get out the contract, not when my broadband is free as part of my mobile phone contract.
